Szpirt & Company reserves the right to adjust for external price increases.
The proposal are valid 10 days from the date of forwarding.
Approval of all proposals and the including budget must be in writing, e.g. via e-mail.
Retainer billing is in arrears at the end of each month.
All invoices are net 8 days unless other terms have been agreed.
A standard rate of 5 percent of the agreed consultancy fee will be added to cover media tools, domestic travel and representation. All foreign travel and expenses are covered by the client and will follow client standard terms.
Costs related to external vendors and services, e.g. renting premises and printing, are not included in all budgets.
Overtime and extra activities are billed upon agreement and need prior approval by the client.
If a correctly rendered invoice is not paid by the due date for payment, an interest on the amount outstanding from the due date until payment is made, will be charged at the rate of 2% per month.
